Database Administrator
• Must be a knowledgeable database administration specialist and be able to complete appropriate documentation for day to day scripting, tuning and monitoring the hosted database systems.
• Knowledge of how to diagnosis database issues and correct or optimize database.
• Ability to write automated successful clean up scripts and advanced queries.
• Monitor hosted systems on a daily basis for performance and capacity constraints.
• Security administration and Data analysis of the data stored in the database
• 5-6+ years experience in SQL and Oracle database administration
• Advanced knowledge and troubleshooting of Windows SQL 2005/08 and Oracle
• Advanced knowledge of database optimization.
• Knowledge of implementation and support of schemas and the ability to write complex queries.
• Knowledge, analysis, design and creation of database tables.
• Working knowledge of database security.
